Applies to: all games and applications published by Kera Games (collectively, "our Games" or "the Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information Kera Games collects across our Games, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It is a single policy that covers all Kera Games titles. Where a particular Game collects data differently from what is described here, that Game will provide a short supplementary notice in its store listing or in-app. By creating an account or using any of our Games, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games.

1. Who we are

Kera Games is the publisher of the Games described above. If you have any questions about this Policy or your data, contact us at keragames@phongdoc.com.

2. Information we collect

You can play our Games without creating an account, and playing that way does not collect any personal information. We only collect the information described below when you choose to create a Kera Games account and use online features. Across our current Games we do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or advertising identifiers.

2.1 Information you provide

• Email address — used to create and sign in to your Kera Games account, verify your email, and send password-reset messages.
• Password — used only to authenticate you. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are stored by Google in hashed form. We never see or store your plain-text password.
• Display name — a nickname you choose that is shown on public leaderboards.
• Avatar selection — for Games that offer avatars, the identifier of the built-in avatar you pick (e.g. a07). Avatar images ship inside the Game; no image is uploaded, only the identifier of your choice is saved.

2.2 Gameplay data

• Your scores, best score, player level/progress, and the time each score was achieved.
• A history of your games (score and, where available, the duration of a round), used to show your recent games and progress.
• For Games with leaderboards, your best score, display name, and avatar are shown on a public leaderboard visible to other players.

2.3 Information collected automatically

When a Game communicates with our backend services, the following may be processed for authentication, security, and reliability:

• Account identifier (a Firebase user ID) generated when you register.
• Authentication tokens and their timestamps, kept on your device to keep you signed in.
• Technical data such as your IP address and standard request metadata, which Google Firebase may process to operate and secure the services (for example, to prevent abuse). We do not use this data to build advertising or tracking profiles.

2.4 Information stored only on your device

The following are saved locally on your device and are not sent to us:

• Your sign-in session token (to keep you logged in).
• Your preferences, such as sound on/off and selected language.
• A cached copy of your progress and profile for offline display.

You can clear this data at any time by signing out or uninstalling the Game.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Create and manage your Kera Games account and keep you signed in.
• Verify your email address and let you reset your password.
• Save your progress and show your ranking on leaderboards.
• Display your chosen display name and avatar to you and other players.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Games and prevent abuse or fraud (for example, unfair scores).

We do not sell your personal information. Our current Games do not show third-party advertising or use third-party analytics SDKs. If a future Game does, we will disclose it in this Policy or in that Game's supplementary notice.

4. Legal bases (for users in the EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data on these legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the account and game features you request.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent cheating, and improve our Games.
• Consent — where required; you may withdraw consent by deleting your account (see Section 8).

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our Games:

• Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), provided by Google, which stores your account and game data on our behalf. See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and Firebase's data practices: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• Our email delivery server — when you register or request a password reset, your email address (and preferred language) is processed by our own server to generate and send the verification or reset email.
• Other players — for Games with leaderboards, your display name, avatar, and best score are shown publicly by design.
• Legal reasons — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and game data for as long as your Kera Games account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account record, profile, scores, and leaderboard entries across our Games (see Section 8). Some information may remain in routine backups for a limited period before being overwritten, and we may retain limited records where required by law.

7. Data security

Data in transit is protected using encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication and storage are handled by Google Firebase, which applies industry-standard security controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information. Please keep your password confidential.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

• Access / correct — you can view and update your display name and avatar at any time inside a Game.
• Delete your account and data — because a single Kera Games account is shared across our Games, deleting it removes your account and all associated personal data (account, profile, scores, and leaderboard entries) from all of our Games. You can request deletion by emailing us at keragames@phongdoc.com from or with the email address used for your account. We will process verified requests within 30 days. (Where a Game provides an in-app "Delete account" option, you may also use that.)
• Sign out — signing out removes your session from the device.

To exercise any right, contact keragames@phongdoc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

9. Age requirements and children's privacy

Our Games are suitable for a broad audience, including students aged 6 and older, and can be played without creating an account — played this way, they do not collect any personal information.

Online accounts and leaderboards are for users aged 13 and older. Because creating an account requires an email address, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create a Kera Games account. Children under 13 may play our Games without an account, under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided us with personal information, contact us at keragames@phongdoc.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. International data transfers

Your information may be stored and processed on servers operated by Google Firebase and by us in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers. By using our Games, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

11. Device permissions

Our Games request only the permissions necessary for their features. Across our current Games this is limited to the Internet permission (android.permission.INTERNET), used to communicate with our authentication, database, and email services. Our current Games do not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or storage. If a future Game needs an additional permission, it will explain why at the time it requests it.

12. Third-party services

Our Games rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase — Authentication & Cloud Firestore — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy

Our current Games do not integrate advertising networks or third-party analytics SDKs.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time — for example, when we release a new Game or change how we handle data. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Policy at the same URL. Significant changes will be made reasonably prominent. Your continued use of our Games after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
